Felt is a textile material made out of 100% natural wool which we source from New Zealand. This material is fabricated by matting, condensing, and pressing the wool together.

Are your products safe for pets and children around?
Yes, all of our products are made out of 100% natural and renewable wool. Wool has great benefits; it’s eco-friendly, biodegradable, and hypoallergenic. Additionally, they are water and stain-resistant, not only that they also are odor resistant. They also have properties of temperature adjustment; cooler in summer and warm in winters.
Whiskers’s Home also uses Azo-free dyes and refrain from using any harmful chemicals in our products which makes all our products completely safe for both babies and pets.

Do we receive any order confirmation after placing orders?
After you have placed the order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order. Your order will then be verified by our sales team within 24 hours.
What is the turnaround time for order processing?
Once your order is received, it normally takes less than 24 hours to verify and send confirmation. It will only take 3-7 business days for shipment.
