Shipping Policy

We process your orders within 1-2 business days (Custom items not included) and your goods will be delivered to you at your doorstep within 3-7 business days. For custom orders and large orders, the shipment can take up to 10 days to process and leave our warehouse for shipment. 
*Whiskers home does not have control over on-hold shipment by courier company and shipment time Once goods are shipped, we will forward your tracking number to track the progress of shipment in real time. 


Custom and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duty and the buyer is responsible for bearing those charges. Seller will not be responsible for any fee/customs/duty imposed by your government. We don't guarantee it but we will try our best to deliver the goods with the exact customs duty HS code.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns if it has been in contact with any pets. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


For some reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with the products, we have an easy return and refund policy. 

 

Conditions:

  • Change of mind does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Claims for product defect, damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be received within five (5) business days of delivery. 

  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. The product return must be in the ‘saleable’ condition - no marks, no wrinkles, no dirty fibres. Also, your item must be in its original packaging. 

  • Unless there is a defect in the material we sent and a shipping error, the customer will be responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back and refunds will be issued for the actual merchandise itself. 

  • There will be no refund on the shipping. 

  • Custom orders, DIY Kits, and items with special notation do not qualify for the return. 

Once we receive the returned item, after inspection we will inform you of the status of the refund. If you qualify for the refund, we will process a refund to your credit card and you will receive the amount within certain days (depending on your card issuer’s policies). If you are not clear regarding which item qualifies for a return and refund, please contact us before you make a purchase. Disclaimer. We are not responsible for any imperfections, damage, or casualties that result from the use of our felted products. The purchase of our felt means that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions.

 

Refund Policy

To begin a return, please email us at
info@whiskershome.com. If we accept your return, we will email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your box. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like DIY Kits, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift-packaged items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or get the same product replaced.
