💸 Refunds & Returns

Not quite the purr-fect fit? We get it—cats are choosy.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in eco-friendly packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are final sale (because they’re uniquely paw-sonal).
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

U.S. Shipping & Tariff Notice

All shipments to the U.S. are subject to a 10% base tariff plus existing import duties (approx. 6%).

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes associated with the purchase.
